Alyssa has taken the strain of day to day tasks completely away. I used to spend a lot of time doing things that were necessary but total time warps- I would look up and see that hours had past and I was still running and emailing reports or completing marketing work vs working on bigger picture items. Bonus: for the first time in ten years, I feel like I can truly let go of some of these tasks because I trust that Alyssa will not only get things done, but get them done “my way” and to my high (hopefully not too crazy unreasonable) standard. Our team wouldn’t be the same without Alyssa!

Alyssa has changed the way I operate my business. I know when I ask for something to be done, she’s getting it done on time which in my business is vital. She communicates well and often surprises me the way she anticipates something I’ll need and suggests it. She is making my life easier, and that was the goal so job well done, Alyssa.
